GEM Keep It Cool: a drink for women with hot flashes

gem keep it coolThere’s a surprising new drink in the market that’s gaining some buzz online. It’s called GEM Keep It Cool – a drink made of “natural and nature identical ingredients” to help women with the following issues:

  • Significantly reduce the intensity and frequency of hot flashes and night sweats.
  • Significantly reduce irritability, mood swings and sleeplessness.
  • Helps restore your body’s natural balance.

Price is $49.95 plus $15.95 S&H. This is supposed to be a limited special offer according to the official site.

It’s a smart move to go after the Baby Boomers. After all, this demographic is the top spender of many health and wellness products. GEM also markets other drinks called Let it go (for stress relief), C’mon focus (for mental acuity), Lean on me (for bone strength) and Lookin’ good (for anti-aging).

And if what they are claiming are really true then I would this product will be truly life changing for women suffering these problems. Who knows maybe a one-time exposure in Oprah is enough to make this venture boom. I would advise to revise the packaging to make it more credible and presentable to the consumers.

  2. The packaging is wonderful! What better imagery to speak to issues that affect women every day with a witty symbol that says -We are with you!! You are not alone and there is LIFE AFTER menopause. The proof is in the drink. try this product -it works.

  3. @Denise – I would suggest you visit the official site of GEM to see if this is the right product for you. I’m no expert in this field but these guys are. Maybe a visit to your family doctor will also help.

  4. @Lucy – this one is more for menopausal issues so I’m not sure if this can be used for hyperhydrosis. Better check the official site for more details. Thanks

  5. Denise, I believe this product can help you. visit the website for some testimonials. These women are real women with real problems. Very exciting to see these women get their life back!

  6. Efrain, thanks for visiting this site and I hope you can connect with these women through our blog and help them with their issues

  7. My feedback to Gem… “You’re kidding, right??!! 32-day supply for $100 !!! I take most of the same ingredients, purchased at Wal-Mart, Walgreens and my local health food store, for a fraction of the cost, which lasts twice as long, and works wonders for someone who has EXTREME menopausal symptons. Your ingredients are well-known, no secrets, and most available anywhere. You are exploiting, plain and simple. Do your homework, ladies. Just buy a book or look up on-line. Research the ingredients… it’s natural but not necessarily safe, and much more affordable. If you cannot find the integrity to help the women of this country without exploiting them, leave them alone and find a real job.”

  8. I also thought the $100 per month price tag was ridiculous and did not order. After a few more days of suffering with the hot flashes, I decided to give it a try. The first day I did seem to notice some great reduction of symptoms. But that is the only day. I started drinking an entire bottle a day about the fourth or fifth day. Just have a few bottles left, and still have all my hot flashes. Plus the drink contains a lot of sugar! Based on my experience, I can\\\’t recommend it. And I agree that the price tag is women exploiting women.

  9. Do not deal with this company. They are refusing to give me a refund because they saw they did not receive my return. I called them within 30 days to cancel and they will not give me a refund. My fault in this is that I gave the package to my mail room to mail and they did not send it out with a tracking number. Now I have to go by their word that they did not receive the package. If I had nothing to return, what would they do? Would I not still have the 30 day money back guarantee?

  10. I had a full hysterectomy last December. My GYN suggested taking a natural supplement to help with hot flashes and night sweats; he suggested Estroven as an alternative to the Premerin. Was all for trying something natural versus prescription, so I took Estroven Regular Strength but found I was still experiencing hot flashes and night sweats. Tried the PM formula; slept a little better however the hot flashes and night sweats didn’t go away. Then I was introduced to GEM Keep It Cool and the results were amazing. After less than a week, the hot flashes and night sweats greatly decreased and I slept like a baby. The mood swings even improved (my husband is a much happier man!). I can truly say that GEM Keep It Cool really works. There was a lapse in time between finishing the last bottle and receiving a new shipment. Took the Estroven PM in the interim and the hot flashes and night sweats came back. I was so thrilled to see my new order and couldn’t wait until the next morning to start using the product again. It wasn’t long before I was back on track. Thank you, ladies for coming up with such a GREAT PRODUCT!!!!

  11. If you like this product or are thinking about trying it, you should take a look at i-cool. It contains the same active ingrediant in just one pill. I switched about a month ago and feel great.

Plus it is much cheaper. I buy i-cool from for just $19.99 for a 1 month supply.

  12. I tried i-cool and did not feel the same relief that I get with GEM. Sometimes you get what you pay for. Cheaper is not always better. I recommend staying with GEM.
