Christmas is a few weeks early for followers of Rovio’s widely popular ‘Angry Birds’ gaming app.
The rumored ‘Angry Birds’ holiday version, now officially branded as ‘Angry Birds Seasons,’ is now available from iTunes and the Android Marketplace.
“[The brand-new version] is composed of 25 daily surprises for fans of ‘Angry Birds’ to enjoy while counting down the days until Christmas,” Rovio representatives shared with PCMag.
Even though the Android mobile phone version of ‘Angry Birds Seasons’ is offered totally free of charge, the iTunes release will cost you $0.99 and comes with the app’s predecessor, ‘Angry Birds Halloween.’ According to PCMag, “Users who ordered the iPhone Halloween edition for $0.99 will receive a totally free upgrade to ‘Angry Birds Seasons.’” A High definition edition of the game is also offered by iTunes for $1.99.
